This four-week programme is specifically geared to identify areas of your life where:

*  your personal boundaries are weak or non-existent

*  false beliefs are holding you back

*  your inner critic is keeping you stuck

The programme includes:

✔️ Completion of an in-depth questionnaire

✔️ Four  x 1 hour one-to-one Session via zoom

✔️ Any appropriate tailored to you tools and resources

✔️ One x 15-20 minute bespoke made-for-you audio visualisation. 

✔️ Email and/or WhatsApp Access to Marie for additional support if needed or to ask questions that may arise between sessions.

Following completion of the Say “Yes” To You Programme, you will

Life is a journey filled with highs and lows.  Whilst we relish the good moments, we inevitably face setbacks, adversity, and challenges.  Feeling defeated by obstacles, overwhelmed by work pressures, or haunted by past failures, these moments test our emotional strength and our ability to bounce back.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I specialise in helping my clients relieve the stress and anxiety they’re experiencing, which is stopping them from living and being their best selves.

Stress and anxiety manifest in many ways, for very many different reasons. 

No two people are the same.   They may have experienced similar life events, but each and every one of them will deal with such an event in their own unique way.

I work in an integrative and client-centered way.   There is no one approach that fits everyone.  I use different techniques and modalities tailored to you and your uniqueness.   

Stress and anxiety are incredibly debilitating if not addressed.  They have detrimental effects on both your mental and physical well-being.   For example, I have worked with clients who have been referred by chiropractors because their physical symptoms have been caused by stress and anxiety, not skeletal problems.

I also work with clients who have experienced:

Abandonment, lack of confidence and self-doubt, low self-esteem, perfectionism, critical self-talk, rejection, and negative emotions such as anger, fear, anxiety resentment, and frustration.

Power Session

Clients use this ninety-minute Power Session for very many reasons.  Here are a few:

*  A problem that is troubling them, and has for some time, but despite their best efforts, they just seem unable to resolve satisfactorily

*  Relationship issues either with friends, family, or work colleagues

*  A lack of confidence or self-worth

*  Stuck in a life situation, whether professional or personal, and can’t seem to identify a way forward

*  To gain greater clarity and a strategy toward their dreams and desires.   When you’re so emotionally invested in a situation, it can be difficult to see the wood for the trees.  A Power Session can help you gain that clarity.

*  Speak freely to someone you can trust and feel safe with.

*  Talk to someone honestly without fear of judgment or reprisal.

This ninety-minute Power Session includes:

✔️ One 90-minute one-to-one Session via zoom

✔️ Any appropriate tailored-to-you resource

Following the Power Session you will take away:

*   Increased self-awareness around the issue(s) causing you concern

*  A plan and any appropriate tools to help you deal with the issue(s)

*  An eagerness to move forward now you have a greater understanding of how to prevent a reoccurrence of the issue(s)

*  A sense of calm, clarity, and confidence.
